I do not start working until payment has been received for my own security. Commissions up
to 80 USD must be paid upfront entirely. Above 80 USD, I prefer to be paid half upfront and
half upon completion, though other instalments may be discussed.Clients are entitled to a full refund If I need to cancel to commission due to personal reasons.
If a client cancels after I have received payment and have commenced work then they will be entitled to a 50% refund of the initial payment.
